Because this is an online class and you don't have access to the SCU physical library this quarter, you should concentrate on finding e-books only. Here's how to do it. Go to the library home page (www.scu.edu/library). Click on the "Streaming Videos/eBooks" tab at the top. In the e-Books search box, enter keywords describing your topic. For example:

- To access the full text of the eBooks, just click on the link in the record.
- Remember that you can look for the history of specific cities, or you can search by more general topics, such as "race and cities", or "suburbanization", for example.
- When you find a book that sounds promising, go through the table of contents carefully to select the most relevant chapters for your topic.
