Reservations are required to study in the Learning Commons. Study space reservations are limited to current SCU affiliates.
The Library will offer reservable study space in the Learning Commons to support students who need access to quiet study space and reliable internet access during finals week for winter quarter. Study space reservations will be available during the following hours:

To make a reservation go to Room Reservations on the SCU Mobile App or at https://www.scu.edu/rooms.
Prior to coming to campus and the Learning Commons:
Complete the Daily Symptom Check on the SCU Mobile App or at https://www.scu.edu/preparedscu/.
Bring a face covering - it is required on campus and in the Learning Commons.

At your reserved time, go to the Learning Commons main entrance.
Use your Campus ID or mobile credentials to access the building.
Proceed to the Check In Table.
Show your Campus ID and your Daily Symptom Check Results CLEARED email.
Proceed to your reserved study space.
No group study or use of group study rooms is allowed at this time; only individual study is permitted in compliance with social distancing protocols.
Face coverings are required to be worn at all times.
No food or beverages (with the exception of water) are allowed.
Participating in online classes is also not allowed.
Please remain at your reserved study space during the duration of your reservation; other parts of the Learning Commons are off limits at this time.
Exit the Learning Commons at the end of your reservation so staff can clean surfaces.
Reservations for additional blocks of time may be made at https://www.scu.edu/rooms.
The Library is unable to provide circulation services at this time. To request physical materials (books, DVDs) from the Library collection, please use the Library's Pickup Service. Laptop chargers and calculators, in addition to physical course reserves, are unavailable for check out.
