Patel references an interview with Pádraig Ó Tuama—Irish poet, theologian, and conflict mediator—in which he speaks of finding ways  “of navigating our differences that deepen our curiosity, deepen our friendships, deepen our capacity to disagree, deepen the argument of being alive.” As a teaching resource that speaks to these topics (central to We Need to Build), I recommend Ó Tuama’s podcast Poetry Unbound and, in particular, the 7-part series from May 2024 on “Poems as Teachers.”
