Library Resource Guide for Graduate Business Students

Core research resources and services

Introduction

Dear Graduate Business Students,

Welcome to the SCU Library! You have access to thousands of business publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, as well as to information, statistics and data though the Library's website.

The most important thing to remember is that I and my colleagues here in the University Library are here to assist you with your research and to answer any questions you have about SCU Library resources and services. My email address is, araymond@scu.edu, and my hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:PM. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you have. Of course, I am not the only one who can assist you but I hope you will consider me your first point of contact for anything Library related. If I am unavailable and you need immediate assistance, please use our ASK A LIBRARIAN service by clicking on the tab Get Help 24/7, where you can chat live with a librarian any day and time of the week!

The Learning Commons is the building on campus where the Library is located. For your safety, the Learning Commons will be closed through December 31, 2020. However, in addition to thousands of electronic books, magazines, journal and newspapers available to you online, you are also able to borrow print books from the Library using our Curbside Pickup Service.

To get a better idea of the Library resources and services available to you, send me an email, checkout our ASK A LIBRARIAN service, or take a look at the Library Resources & Services Updates Fall 2020, and How to Use the Library for Remote Learning tabs in this guide.

On behalf of myself and my colleagues here in the University Library, have a safe and productive fall quarter 2020! We look forward to meeting you in person when we are all back together on campus.

Anthony Raymond
