The Framework for Information Literacy- finalized in 2015- is the result of rethinking and advancing conceptions of information literacy on academic campuses.
Adopted by the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) in 2000, the Standards have influenced many professional and accrediting agencies in developing information literacy assessment.
The American Association of Colleges & Universities provides this information literacy and other rubrics free of charge, though you will need to "check out" and provide information to download a copy.
The presentation by SCU's Carol Ann Gittens, Gail Gradowski, and Christa Bailey provides and overview of a campus-wide information literacy assessment project. The presentation was delivered at the WASC ARC Conference in 2014.
