JST Students and the SCU Library

Welcome to the SCU Library Guide for Remote Learning

Welcome JST Students to the Santa Clara University Library

Overview of Our Online Services and Resources

As a JST student you have access to most of the library services and privileges as other SCU remote students. Those library services and privileges include the following:
  • Access to all of our electronic resources: ebooks, databases, and streaming videos
  • Access to our librarians for research assistance via chat, email, and Zoom conferencing
  • Access to online research guides and tutorials, many customized for religious and theological studies

This guide provides more information about those services, as well as some support for troubleshooting access issues you might encounter. Explore the tabs on the left to learn more about different services.

We encourage you to use all of our remote information and services. As information can quickly change during COVID-19, please continue to check the Library Website for the latest hours, operations and service updates.

Our Library Staff is ready to assist you remotely. Our Subject Librarians can provide one-on-one research support. Email a librarian for support. If time is an issue, you can also use our 2/47 help service for immediate, more easily resolved needs.
