Research Services for Students

Students can receive research help from Santa Clara University librarians at any point in their research process. From identifying keywords to search with, to reviewing your citations, were available at every step to guide you to the resources that you need.

Research Support and Consultation

  • Finding Articles
    • Librarian are available to help you understand the complex process of finding relevant articles
    • We can do so by:
      • Helping you developing keywords to search with
      • Guiding you to relevant databases 
      • Helping to identify other relevant articles or resources for your project
      • Tracking down citations and finding full-text sources
  • Research Consultations    
    • Receive personalized, one-on-one support from one of our librarians. These consultations are a great way to get your research started - with information about useful databases and resources, insight into your research from a librarian perspective, etc. 
  • Research Workshops
    • We want to help you develop relevant skills, so that you can be successful in the future - here at SCU or in the workplace. 
    • These workshops include working with AI, learning how to start with python, learning about other library resources and services, etc.
