Goals of Retreat
Welcome everyone to our summer remote retreat! Over the next 4-6 weeks you'll have structured opportunities to explore various technical and pedagogical topics related to online teaching. These are all topics we flagged in our end of year post-mortem discussion. You'll read, watch, and listen to different materials, and then apply your learning to short activities and larger projects.
In addition to this asynchronous work, we'll get together at other times for face-to-face work. To begin, we had our post-mortem, then we had Panopto training, next we'll have another T&R special session to discussion incentivizing faculty/engaging students, and then finally we'll have a time where we share a project we've been working on through the retreat.
