You should apply to this Fellowship Program if:

• You are a sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing
• You have always been curious about librarians and what they do
• You are interested in the challenges of the new complex information environment
• You can commit to full-academic-year participation in this Diversity Fellowship Program
• You have demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion issues

The following skills are required:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to apply prior experience to new situations in the library environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and dependability
• Basic technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms)
