HIST 83/184 - North America: Peoples & Lands
This course "examines the various ways in which human activity has shaped the physical landscape from precontact North America through the present day." It also looks "at the reverse, analyzing the role that geography has played in influencing historical developments, shaping American (and California) history, and dictating the directions of growth throughout that history."
