The collection includes the material from the College Press scrapbook as well as other items such as playbills, programs, tickets and Santa Clara College bank currancy that were printed by the College Press. Also included is a copy of the 1867 Spanish-language Prospectus of the college

The Provost: Chief Academic Officer

At different times in its history the office has been called the Prefect of Studies, the Dean of the Faculties, Academic Vice President, and Vice President of Academic Affairs. The office was renamed the Office of the Provost in 1997. The Provost is the chief academic officer and is responsible for all educational programs and offerings of the University, academic policies, and faculty personnel. The position is to ensure that all the educational programs and offerings reflected the University's mission and values.

Santa Clara University’s commitment to ethics goes all the way back to its founding in 1851. The study of ethics is part of the institution ’s commitment to educating the whole person.

Contains programs, catalogs, photographs, news clippings of exhibits and other events.
Records of the International Program, 1987-2001
Slides, photographs, audiocassettes, student records and accounting records for study abroad programs. Slides cover El Salvador, 1987-1992, and Haiti, 1995. Four audiocassettes include recordings of news interviews and testimony. Photograph album captures International Students Activities, 1989-2001.
Records of the office of Integrated Education, 1948-1998.
Continuing Education grew out of the Extension Division, which began in 1949. Under direction of Jack Peterson, many engineering courses were offered on site.
