Start your search for books and ebooks on the library homepage.
Select the "OSCAR" tab above the main search box to search the library catalog, which is the main access point for books and ebooks. Enter keywords related to your topic.
If you find something that fits your topic that's a print book (located in the library) and you are not on-site, you can request residential delivery.
Need a book we don't have in our collection? You can request we borrow it from another library or request a PDF of a single chapter using InterLibrary Loan. Navigate to your InterLibrary Loan account under My Accounts from the library homepage. If it's your first time logging in there, set up your profile. Then, select the resource type from the menu on the right -- either book (for print delivery) or book chapter (for digital delivery). Fill out as much info as you can, and click submit! The SCU Library provides access to the current versions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual or Mental Disorders (DSM) from the American Psychiatric Association.
The library has the DSM-5 online and the DSM-5-TR in print.
Included in the library collection are psychotherapy treatment planners, many of which are available as ebooks.
